Wichita County Health Center provides quality care for patients of all ages with a wide range of acute and/or chronic illnesses. Our Community Case Manager works with our community to align the services our community needs. Services we provide, Medicare Part D counseling and alignment with a good carrier, Medicaid applications, free or reduced medications, Medicare applications, and direction toward other home based services.
