Attended Utah State University and graduated with his bachelors in Biology.
Attended Wichita State University Physician Assistant Program with his masters.

Certification:

Levi is a certified DOT examiner. He is also Advanced Trauma Life Support certified and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified.

Biography:

Levi was raised in a small town in Northern Utah, called Tremonton. He is married to Krystal for 6 years and has a 2 sons Samuel and Liam. Levi and Krystal are expecting their new baby in March 2021. Levi loves to watch movies, play board games with his family. Levi has a calm demeanor, kind heart, and is an easy person to love to be around.
