Health Fair 2024

Location: Wichita County Community Building, 502 W M St, Leoti KS 67861

Date: Saturday, April 6, 2024

Time: 7AM - 11AM

Labs:
Call 620-375-2233 to make an appointment and receive a discounted price of $60

Early Bird Special: $60

Same day appt. - $65

Day of walk-ins welcome

Labs included: CMP, Lipid, TSH, Hgb A1c, PSA (all men)

What to expect:

Check in at the designated lab draw area at the community building
Get your blood drawn by a member of the WCHC staff
Results will be mailed within 1-2 weeks
Follow up with your PCP to review results

Reminders:

Drink plenty of water the morning of
Do not eat or drink anything (except water) for 8 hours prior to draw
You must be 18 years or older to have your labs drawn at the health fair
Labs will not be billed through any form of insurance

Vitals:
Heart rate and blood pressure to be taken by WCHC Staff and EMS at no charge.
