Wichita County Health Center operates a state of the art Emergency Department. Physicians and Physician Assistants staff this excellent service and WCHC is supported by Avera eEmergency telemedicine services. Board certified Emergency Department physicians via telemedicine are quickly available to assist our patients in time critical diagnosis including heart attack, stroke, sepsis, and trauma. They work cohesively with our providers and nurses to offer quality compassionate services at no extra cost to the patient. This exceptional service allows speciality Emergency board certified providers to see our community without the wait times of typical large facility Emergency Departments.
